How long will it take to ship out my package? 

While most orders ship within 1 week, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed before it ships. I’m a one-person team, so thank you for your patience and understanding. ♡

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide! Some destinations may have restrictions., but f your order can’t ship, I’ll contact you immediately for a refund.
Customs fees are the buyers responsibility.

 

Why is there no tracking on my package?

If your order only has stickers, bookmarks, or 5x7 prints, it will be mailed in an untracked stamped letter to keep shipping affordable.

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

Letter mail can take longer than expected. Although I’m not liable for lost mail, if your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated shipping time, reach out via my contact page with your order number and address. I’ll try to help make it right!

Wrong Address / Address Change

Double-check your shipping info before ordering! Contact me before your order is processed if something is wrong. Once processed, changes can’t be made. No refunds for items sent to the wrong address, I’m sorry!

Do you offer discounts?

Buy 3 stickers = 15% off, 6+ stickers = 25% off. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout! There will also be discounts for b-grade products with small defects.
